24/7 Lux Limo LLC is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time.
If your vehicle breaks down before or during your charter, a substitute will be provided in the same passenger range or more.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles, party bus, etc., caused during the rental duration by them or any members of their party:
Prohibited: Drug use, standing through the sunroof (Emergency Exit Only), and smoking (No Exceptions).
The driver may terminate service without refund for blatant indiscretions.
Terms: Overtime pay applies after 15 minutes past the pre-arranged time as described on the run sheet.
24/7 Lux Limo LLC isn’t responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions or for items left in vehicles. Balances must be paid to the driver before the run begins (if not prepaid). Vehicles cannot exceed seating capacity.
Payment/Cancellation:
All sales are final. Cancellations before 3 days of service must be submitted via email to info@247luxlimollc.com to get full refund. Cancellations made within three days of service will incur full charges of the total. Full payment is required 30 days before the service date.
No alcohol for anyone under 21. Replacement vehicles may be provided for mechanical issues or accidents. Clients may not leave belongings in the vehicle during round-trip splits.
